This light weight linen was perfect to try out using the methods and selections mentioned in Linda Lees Underneath it all class! Linen stitches like a dream anyway and since this is for a little active baby, it needed to be easy care and cool. The pattern called for buttons closing the front but the danger of chewing them off made me think of putting matching (to the crotch) snaps.

I love this pattern! Can you tell me what it is?

Sure! It's Kwik Sew 3730 The best view has bias insets as sort of suspenders that disappear into the pockets. I accidentally stitched through both strips when I was trying to creatively stitch those planes, trains, etc as an embroidered detail and had to toss them so I just did the pockets instead. A very fun pattern!
