What was your inspiration?

I was asked to create an ereader from this red Eiffel Tower print by Michael Miller. My client requested a khaki-colored linen for an accent fabric, and she wanted a front pocket. I came up with this cover.

What are you most proud of?

I loved the look of this ereader sleeve so much that I created a PDF pattern, to share it with others.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Try pairing fabrics you might not ordinarily select. It's surprising how beautiful and sophisticated many prints look when linen is used for an accent!
