Left over of Drops Paris & Garntjanst Tilda cotton yarns

What was your inspiration?

The first time I tried the Spa cloth pattern the result was a disaster with far too many mistakes in. This is my second attempt at it and I'm rather pleased with the result, although one of the yarns used is slightly thinner than the other two.

After long consideration I frogged the first cloth and, using the same yarn, have now made another one, which I'm happy with.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

A very good project. I learnt not only the new stitches but also to make a nice cast on row, nice sides and a nice cast off row, although I later added a crochet edge. As it was made from left over cotton yarns, unfortunately not all of the same thickness, I have decided to give it to one of my daughters as a pot holder for her newly re-decorated kitchen, where the colour scheme will fit in very nicely.
