This shawl turned out so lacy and delicate.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Learn to "read" your knitting. Be patient and don't give up because you make a mistake and have to frog.

Hi Hopeful, The pattern is one of Dee O'Keefe's designs and is on this website. Just look for her name and then the "Alexandra Shawl." I used Debbie Bliss Rialto, 100% Merino superwash.
