I changed the ear shape and added the Button Eyes with the 2 rows of ruffles..I added the calico feathers and lined the inside of wings and hood with lining.

What was your inspiration?
My dear friend loves owls and I wanted to make him a custom owl costume for her sweet lil boy. I will always cherish the time we spent shopping and designing this costume...
What are you most proud of?
That I entered this costume in the Simplicity Costume Contest 2010 and I got top 5 in the infant and toddler catagory. So we sent the costume to New York City with 25 other entries.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be creative!!!
