What was your inspiration?

A baby's room. This one I did twice, two baby gifts, one for a girl and one for a boy. Both babies' rooms were done in bugs. Too cute! This one was for the girl. Unfortunately, I don't have good pics of the one I did for the boy, but I switched some colors around and adjusted a few to make it more boyish.

What are you most proud of?

That I actually got them done before the kids were a year old. LOL!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Don't bite off more than you can chew. When working for a gift, make sure you're well aware of the time constraints on the project. Remember to choose something you're certain you can complete in the time you have available.

I really like this one. I do counted cross stitch in-between quilting projects to break up the monotony. I have several on the go right now. Some day one will be finished. Am I ADD?

Thank you. No, NOT ADD. You're just a stitcher! I have 8 projects started right now, and those are just the ones I remember starting! I'm afraid it comes with the craft. But sometimes it's better. I find that it's not good to work on a project I am not interested in, because the work tends to take much longer. I feel much more productive with something that I'm interested in. So it's ok to have some unfinished projects!
