What was your inspiration?
My husband loves sports and especially anything to do with his favourite team the Montreal Canadiens. I saw this fabric on a shelf at Lens Mill and I just had to get it.
What are you most proud of?
The fact that I created the pattern without a pattern in mind. I asked him for the measurements and went from there. When he came home there it was at his spot on the dining room table. He absolutely loves it and shows it off to everyone.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Go for it. Picture the outcome in your mind and then just do it.
