Thank you. Since this was a practice quilt to try the techniques I learned in the binding class, I just pieced a quickie table topper with some leftover half-square triangles and quilted it using masking tape 1/4 inch to each side of the stitching lines and continued it into the borders.

I love that you took the photo on your cutting mat.....the edges are all perfectly straight and the corners are square! Love the fabric choice for binding! Great job!

Thank you for your comment, Mimi--I loved all the tips, hints, and techniques in your class. I've been busy lately using my scraps and practicing different edges and trying to perfect them. My newest challenge now is perfecting a 120-degree angle on hexi quilts. It only looks okay on the front but the back is better. Do you have any additional tips besides the ones on the video? I enjoyed your class and will watch it again to catch what I missed.
