Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: My daughter wanted to make a "present" for her 1st cake. We've never done anything like this, but it turned out really good. The cake is vanilla, with a Carmel infused butter toffee Italian buttercream, covered in quilted fondant. The curlicues snowflakes roses bow loops and swag are 50/50. Royal icing was used to assemble all mount all the decorations. It is a 10x10 by 5 inch cake
