Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this piece. Here are my 3 flowers. A little more controlled than your lesson suggested and I added some Pigma pen marks to define the details. But I as happy with how they turned out and feel more confident about experimenting with wet on wet techniques.

Great, Carol Ann! Glad you're open to experimenting, and nice work with the wet in wet. You can get a bit more dimension in your flowers by looking closely at where the petals are in the light (and they'll be brighter, a lighter value and most likely warmer colors) and in the shadow (darker value, cooler color, usually). And when you draw, squint your eyes a little to see the shapes -- they're probably not totally round -- more flattened, unless you're looking right down on them. Very good work -- keep going! Mary
