What materials did you use? I used a printed stretch cotton, plus non-stretch cotton for pockets and waistband facing (and notions).

What are you most proud of? I'm most proud of the great fit, which I think comes from following Kenneth King's instructions very closely. His method is fool-proof. I will be using it again!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take your time. Dont skip any steps, and make sure you are using the right materials. Also, make sure the fabric you choose for your jeans/pants is the same weight/stretch as the original you are copying. Otherwise you will have fit problems for sure.

ccol pants and I prefer the contoured waistband too. They fit a lot better but I think the waistband is the most complicated thing.

The leather piping on the pockets is really wonderful. Love them!
