What materials did you use? Raw silk, silk lining, linen

My take on the pattern that came with the course. I made a folded bias strip from the lining fabric and made pleats along the strip before I sewed it into the dress. I loved this Craftsy class, and I'm definitely making this dress again and use some of the many decorative seams taught in the class. I blogged this project here:

What a stylish interpretation - and it looks great on you! Way to go - I really like your color blocking and the pizzazz of the pleated flat piping. So much more fun and sassy than the pattern version. Thanks so much for posting a photo of your awesome dress!
