What are you most proud of? My bravery for trying!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Check out some you tube or other lessons on cake sculpting. A great place to learn many cake decorating lessons from is YummyArts.com.

This was something that I give a lot of credit to Yummy Arts for, because I used a lesson of their's from Susan Carberry. It was kind of tricky, but then later in the year, I made a Nemo cake using this for a base. I just had to cut the shaping a little different to make the fish vertical, plus it was a cartoon face! I find that after I try a few things, I get the hang of it, then others are far more easier to do.
