Materials

This was a custom order for a lady who wanted a Hair barrette made with silver plated wire with Amazonite and Amethyst stones. She provided me with a rough sketch of what she had in mind. The Barrette measures 20cm along the curve and 13cm straight from one end to the other. The pin is 18 1/2cm long. Thanks for looking :)

Wow-stunning in the simplicity of the intricate detail. I like the way the thin silver wire wraps the round amethyst bases with their offset display! Maybe she could send you a picture of it in place in her hair- gorgeous I suspect!

It would be great to see what it looks like in her hair, I might suggest that!!! Thank you so much for your comment, it was such a large piece I didn't want to over complicate it and detract from the overall design :)
