What was your inspiration?
I was working on a quilt for my son. He really likes cars and when doing the layout, I thought the lighneding stripes looked like the stripes that are sometimes painted on automobiles. That is why I decided to lay the quilt this way instead of with the pinwheels.
What are you most proud of?
The way that it turned out. I like the lightening stripes. That is why I decided to call it Hot Rod Heaven.
