Instructions

This is a great course to introduce you to new techniques, materials and all the stitches on your sewing machine! I loved it and I'm very happy with my project. I look forward to using the skills again and again in future projects. I will be taking more of Carol Ann's classes.

Carol Ann's detailed instructions and all of the beautiful projects completed in her course.

What are you most proud of?

I'm really proud that I actually completed the project, mounted and ready to hang.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Take your time and enjoy every part of it. Also, take the opportunity to look at all the beautiful works of art along the way.

OK, you know that lime green is my favorite color, right? I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this piece! Your hand stitching is so exciting! I want to see how you couched that white cord. Can you add a detail shot?

Thank you so much! I have added some detailed photos. The white cord was hand couched. That is probably my favorite part. I had alot of control in creating the extreme curves and I think it really creates a feeling of whimsy.
