Worsted weight yarn that are my color choices in blue adn green shades
What was your inspiration?
I was crocheting this for my friend that was having a new grandson. I chose the yarn I arleady had.
What are you most proud of?
I made it nice and warm for a baby born it the winter. I did the basket weave stitch.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Use what you have. Use a much bigger hook than you normally would as the basket weave stitch is very warm and thick. Make it as big as you want to make it.
This is all done in back post stitches and front post stitches. Change colors only at the end of the rows.
