This is my first of a series of "happy women" I want to do. The lady is always gracious and happy.

I love the hat and all the warm, lovely pink throughout. Happy women is a good subject, keep up the good work.

This is looking good! The paint handling is looking nice and smooth. The main thing that I'd love to see you work on in your next piece would be to work from a photo with better lighitng though. It looks like the image you worked from might have been taken with a flash which really flattens our the subject. Try taking a photo in natural light that has a directional light source (i.e. coming from the side or at an angle). This will make it easier to create a three-dimensional look to the painted image.
