What was your inspiration?

To create an enamel with many colors and of interest.

What are you most proud of?

After creating the first bezel I dropped the enamel on the floor and broke her chin off. I waited about a month to look at it again and to repair the chin and then a made a new better bezel with more interesting wire work. Sometimes accidents can result in a better piece. And I learned not to work when I was over tired.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Learn metal working and enameling skills first. Always draw out your design first, many times, on paper. This part of the process is so important and can only lead to a well developed piece of jewelry.
