What materials did you use? Yukon hand-dyed sock yarn from Pagewood Farm. color: Fabulous Fall. 70% merino, 20 % bamboo, 10% nylon

What are you most proud of? The finished product! They turned out very nicely and I love wearing them. Using the directions and videos supplied in class made this project easy for me to follow and complete.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Do your measurements. I have small feet and I shortened the foot which worked well but I didn't recheck the calf so they are a bit bigger than I'd like. They slip a little as I have thin legs.

Did you get these out of 1 skein of Pagewood Farms sock yarn - about 400 yds or did you need 2 - I have 1 and am about to start the project. Your socks look great. I cannot get more of same color and dye lot as it is a few years old. Was hoping to use it and not have to buy more yarn. Guess I could just make short socks but want to do the entire class project as well to learn how to fit over the leg. I will take your tip on the calf fitting as I have slim legs as well.

I'm glad you like them. They were fun to make and I've enjoyed them. Yes, I was able to make both with one skein of the Pagewood Farm so you should be fine. Enjoy!
