I loved creating the lace! I did, however, find the joining together very challenging and feel that it looks rough. Hopefully more practise will change this as I would love to make it again. I used a 50g ball and didn't have enough, so one side is shorter (the keyhole side... I love the colour I chose though :)

I like this color. What kind of yarn did you use? How did you photograph this with the black background? It looks great!

Thank you :) I photographed it using my lounge as the background, as this is where I was knitting. Ha ha. I used Checkheaton Country Aran wool 10ply. I love the colour too.
