I love handmade socks and have made quite a few pair for myself. But the truth is that crocheted socks are generally a bit thicker than knitted ones, so I'm working on writing a crochet sock pattern that uses lace weight yarn. I'm hoping they will turn out to be about the same thickness as socks knitted from traditional sock yarn.So far, so good!!
