What was your inspiration?

Here's a trio of lace leaf designs to delight anyone and everyone. I chose autumn colors in remembrance of the piles of leaves I loved to jump into. Maybe you and I don't jump into piles of leaves now, but undoubtedly you'll enjoy making a whole pile of these knitted leaves to play in!

What are you most proud of?

I love the Maple Leaf, although I am also proud of the other 2 leaf designs: Aspen Leaf and Oak Leaf.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

The Aspen Leaf is the easiest of the designs and the Maple Leaf is the most involved, with the Oak Leaf obviously being somewhere in the middle. Working a leaf for the first time will take more time and attention. But once you see how it takes shape, you'll be able to fly through knitting more of them. It's quite addictive!

At least we don't have to rake these beauties.
