Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. The chicken marinated with rice wine (dry sherry) soy sauce, cornstarch, and sugar. The seasonings are Sichuan peppercorns, dried red chilies, ginger and garlic.

What are you most proud of? So many students tell me for the first time in their lives they have success stir-frying because this recipe is so simple.
