Essentially you are putting stitches from 6 rows below the current row (and 3 stitches over from the end of the needle) on a cable needle, then lifting them up parallel with the current row and knitting them together.

HELLO MAME.. BERET IS VERY EASY..BUT I DIDNOT GET THE ROW OF "RUCHING STICH"..ITS NOT EXPLAINED IN SIMPLE WAY..SINCE I AM A NEW KNITTERS ITS CONFUSING ME..CAN U EXPLAIN ME THIS ROW PLEASE IN A MORE SIMPLE WAY AND MORE NEAT PHOTO..THANKS
