What was your inspiration?
A friend asked me to design something to hold all of her dpns for knitting. She didn't want the roll type style, but something more compact. I came up with this design, which holds dpn needles, size 0-19, as well as some knitting accessories and a pattern.
What are you most proud of?
This is a project dependent on precision. The slots have to be big enough to fit the needles but not too big that they will slide out. Plus it is pretty different from most dpn organizers out there.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Measure, measure, measure, and measure again.
