I simply used the large Provo Craft Large Afghan loom. I used black yarn doubled with sparkly eyelash yarn and knit 4 rows of black and continued on with the blue. I finished the two ends with the black yarn using a crochet hook. (Size N) and made a shell stitch. It is so very soft and comfy. This Loom is fun to use when watching TV and want an extra relaxing knitting experience.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I love looking at Prayer shawls that are made. My brother was in the hospital with Cancer and receiving Chemotherapy and his wife never left his side. I made one for her and decided to make another. It has that comforting effect that it is intended to.
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my brother and wife. they are so strong. He went through 5 rounds and radiation and is in total remission right now. I am inspired to make more of these shawls and share them with patients. Shout out to all of the churches and groups knitting and crocheting and giving them to people who need the comfort.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have fun and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
