Instructions
Standard knit/purl stockinette with gartered ends. Fringe and sequins added by hand.cast on 20
1st and last 4 Rows: knit every stitch (garter stitch)
5th through end Knit 2 , Pur16 Knit 2
Knit length to suit
I added a reversed row every so often and then beaded the row on each side the same as the gartered ends.
