What was your inspiration?
I have been collecting New Zealand fabrics every year on trips home and wanted to use them
What are you most proud of?
Some areas are cross stitched on tea dyed Aida as well as woven folded fabrics.
I changed bits and put in embroideries found on the internet for the maori designs.
This is my first go at hand tying a quilt and thought it suited well the maori cloak look .
