Instructions
Here's a modern take on the twin set! A kimono sleeve cardigan knit sideways and a matching cowl.The cardigan is knit from the centers out to the ¾ length sleeves in four parts, so the kimono sleeves extend naturally from the body. Ribbed waistband, cuffs, front bands, and collar are picked up and knit afterwards.

This set is knit in a Silk/Merino Wool Blend yarn from Knitpicks.
What was your inspiration?
The yarn! The silk content and chocolate color of the yarn made me wish for someone cozy, lush, and stylish.
What are you most proud of?
The way the cable lace pattern texture is shown to it's best advantage by running horizontally across the cardigan.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be sure to do a swatch and test out the stitch pattern! You'll want to be very familiar with it before you start the cardigan.
