What yarn did you use? How did you make a change of direction in the middle without the usual yo, k, yo? Is there a pattern? I love the color and the change between the knit rows and purl rows. Very nice.

Thank you for the nice comments! I used Red Heart Collage. Instead of yo, k, yo, the pattern used kf&b. The pattern is by Jared Flood/Brooklyn Tweed. I updated the pattern link to take you to it.
