All Cotton Kelly my daughter raised by the beach , met Nick in Oregon near the trees and woods. This is a merging of the two lifes the two states........
What was your inspiration?
My beautiful daughter that is so full of life and willingness to try .......and succeed many times. She takes the downs and just rides them out.
This is her wedding quilt.
she saw the package wrapped and said............."A quilt!"
Her husband Nick opened it and said .........."Oh wow , this is great , YOU MADE THIS!, this is so nice!"
What are you most proud of?
my daughter
and the quilt- placing the print , much meaning to me......the prints representing each person coming together and going through life.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be patient, step back and look at placement.........many times .
NOT a Sew in a day quilt.
