What was your inspiration?
I'd made this bag for myself. When my friend Karen saw a mini one at a recent fiber festival, she said she wished they were selling the large ones. I offered to make her one. The fabrics we picked out work well together, and were a pleasure to work with.
What are you most proud of?
The first time I made one of these, in a class, I was a nervous wreck. This one went very smoothly.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
There is an online tutorial which includes pictures of some of the steps. It is really helpful.
