Instructions

cut 2 pieces of fleece [if you intend to line the hat] the circumference of head by 15" or as tall as you wish hat. Sew each piece into a tube. Put right sides together. Sew together at bottom of hat. Turn to right side. Cut top into fringe. Use a hair scrunchie or tie made from fleece to gather fringe . Wonderfully quick and soooo warm.
