What materials did you use? Craftsy's Kaffee Fassett table runner kit.

What are you most proud of? I figured out the paper piecing. Never used that method before.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? It takes longer than regular quilting, but worth the work.

I had enough material left to make two placemats and a napkin holder.

What is paper piecing

You cut up little pieces of paper, like a pattern, and use those to cut your material pieces. You need patience but it comes out nice.

I am working on this table runner now. When I sew the 4 squares together do I sew an A, B,C and D together to make each larger sq? Does the A square always go in bottom right as an example for placement and do I carry that thru out the runner? thanks=Beth Walton

It's been about a year since I made this, so not sure how I put it together, but I think I used one of each squares to make a block. I laid all the blocks out on the table and rearranged before I started to sew them together.
