|Material||Fondant, Modeling Chocolate|
Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I was asked to replicate the Groom's favorite shoe...Justin Boots. I used Modeling chocolate made from Wilton Melts. I found a template online for doll's boots and enlarged it for this pair. I tweaked the pattern some to accommodate the look that I needed. The base of the boots were made from rice krispie treats. Cake is chocolate filled with white chocolate ganache, covered in fondant and painted to look like wood grain with initials carved into the wood.
