I really like the 1969_70 quilt. Can't help on what to call it except pretty. Good work on your blocks.

I would say it's just a Dresden plate combined with a 6-pointed star. I've seen the dresdens done in different amounts of blades--12, 18, 20 and 24 are the ones I've seen the most, but I also sometimes see it in odd amounts like 19 or 15. I really like those colors and the yellow kites tying it together.
