I enjoyed knitting this, but after I steeked and added the ribbon, the front flared out at the bottom. I took out the ribbon button band, picked up stitches for a knitted button band on both sides (pick up 2 out of 3 stitches.) I added the ribbon to the back after I snipped off the excess yarn.The sweater now looks terrific. I would do it again.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I imagine the Lopi yarn makes the steeking easier, but I'm happy with the end product. I want to make another!
