Instructions
Hooks: H, G
Yarn: Loops & Threads Impeccable (Clear Blue, Soft Fern)
*They are worsted weight acrylic yarns, and I used much less than a skein of each. Much, much less.
What I did:
Used an H hook and chained 25 in my main color (blue).
Then worked in single crochet (sc) for 24 rows.
Tied off. Made another.
Folded each piece in, right side on the inside, so that the width ends (starting row and ending row) were together.
Crocheted those ends together, leaving a 2” space about 2" from the tops.
Turned them outside in, and finished them off by:
1. Working 3 rounds of sc up from the thumb hole
2. Working a round of sc in the main color at the top of the mitts
3. Working a round of the green on the top of that row, but switching down to a G hook
Will be gifting these to sweet co-worker of my youngest son. This way, she can keep her hands warm and still text. (Kids.)
