What materials did you use? Men's Sports Jacket, Men's Silk Shirt, Interfacing, Antique Brass Hardware

What are you most proud of? The hardware was a bit tricky. I also love the overall design and finished product.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take your time, write down your steps as you do them. Make a muslin copy first and don't be afraid to rip out a seam if it doesn't look right. Also, measure, measure, measure. I got the whole bag together then realized I did not measure right for the snap. I had to take the bag apart, and make a new outside pocket... boy was that frustrating!

Nice bag! Did you top stitch the vinyl? How was it working with vinyl in general.

Thank you. I did top stitch the vinyl. While not too difficult to work with the thing to remember if you make a mistake you will most likely need a new piece of vinyl. Bi was very careful and kept checking, measuring, making sure I was correct. I did make one mistake with hardware placement which resulted in making a completely new piece for the front pocket. Thanks again.
