This was the first "hand quilted", I did. I entered it in a local fair and got a second place ribbon. This was when I started quilting. I was excited.

It's beautiful -and well done you, to do all that hand quilting! You should be very proud of yourself. I'd have given you FIRST prize!

Beautiful! I'm about to finish a Jewel Box quilt, much smaller than yours. And when that is finished, I'm going to make another Jewel Box quilt, in black and batiks. I love this pattern, it's not as difficult as it looks and the result is great.
