The brown yarn is natural color, 2-ply, worsted-weight. handspun Shetland, the natural is KnitPicks Wool of the Andes. Size 6 needles. Stuffing. Safety eyes.
What was your inspiration?
Just seeing the variations on the monkey in the Danger Crafts group on Ravelry made me want to pay for the pattern (I have the book and the magazine patterns) to make Jerry.
What are you most proud of?
Getting the mouth on straight after only 3 attempts. Ha ha! Not easy!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't get frustrated... it's a toy. Have fun with it! Any techniques you aren't sure of, there are plenty of tutorials on knittinghelp.com and youtube.com
