What materials did you use? Purchased panel selected by the expectant mother. I plan to give it to her at her baby shower.

What are you most proud of? My control is gradually improving... my circles look more like circles. The back looks great.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make practice bats first.... PRACTICE, PRACTICE, and PRACTICE. Then do some FMQing on small projects such as baby quilts, home dec items, pillow before you invest time and money in a really big quilt........... UNLESS YOU ARE REALLY BRAVE.

I think this is a great way to learn control of FMQ... you are concentrating on following and outlining but not designing your own motifs. When you get better and go to a pieced project it makes it easier
