What was your inspiration?
A girlfriend of mine has one just like this for her daughter and I noticed how much she loved to suck on/pull/flick the ribbon tags. I also noticed how easy it was for an infant to grasp the slim legs and neck of the giraffe shape. So I came home and made my own!
What are you most proud of?
The fact that they come out looking so professional.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Remember to lay your ribbon tags pointing TOWARD the centre of the giraffe body when sewing them in. Not that I learned that one from experience. ;)
