What was your inspiration?

I wanted a classic vest that my man would actually wear. The yarn is so wonderful to work with that I knew I had to make something for him to wear that way he would have no problem with me buying it :-)

I did make it with the arm holes deep because that is the way my husband likes to wear his vests but that is something you could change in pattern if you wanted to.

Also, I've been tempted to make one of these for myself as I think it would look great on a woman too!

What are you most proud of?

I get a lot of compliments on this pattern from MEN and that is just HUGE!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Be sure to take measurements of the person you are making this for as you don't want to put all that work into something and have it not fit in the end!
