This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Jam & Marmalade the Blue Chair Way »

Instructions

Blackberry Jam St. Germain and Strawberry Jam Grand Marnier

Category: Food & Cooking

Type of item: Food

For: Home

Materials

Blackberries and Strawberries

What was your inspiration?

Rachel Saunders and her marvelous recipes for the class were inspiring. I added just a little liqueur to each batch. Scrumptious!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Jump in! I bit the bullet and bought the fancy pan and am happy I did. Worth every penny for the aesthetics even if you never make a single jar of jam.,

I have blackberry liqueur, for my blackberry jam, how much did you add. Did you add it at the end or beginning? I bought the pan too, it is beautiful addition to my kitchen.
