This is my second time making this top.

I like the retro vibe of this design. It reminds me of a sailor top, and I'm a sailor's daughter so naturally I love it. This is also a versatile design since you can tie the scarf a few different ways.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Follow the directions carefully for the collar, it seems strange the way they tell you to do it, but it works like a charm!
