I'm watching the Jelly roll lessons the first time through to get the idea of what I should do. While I was watching the sashing part of the chain saw, I got the idea to finish another quilt. I have a quilt that has the same problem that the chainsaw does in that the big blocks aren't popping and they are too hard to match up. Your idea of a sashing strip is just what I need.
Wonderful quilt! Jacob's ladder blocks are so very versatile. I really do like the contrast of your beautiful colors against the bright white and the diamonds made with gray.
It's a mega-easy block pattern to follow and can result in many differing quilt variations at the end! I've been quilting for about six years now! Time flys by when you're having fun!!
