Thank you Jean, I thought of doing monochrome because they are for my sons, a bit more masculine. There's only one difference between the two, one has a light grey border and the other a dark grey, I hope that they will become heirloom quilts, you never know.

Thank you Nancy, it is only a slight difference, so an easy mistake to make, wouldn't want the boys to think one was better than the other! (not that they would, lol).

I'm realizing that I prefer the Jacob's Ladder as a two-color quilt. This is stunning!

Thank you Lisa, I went for the monochrome look because I wanted a more masculine look as I am making them for my boys and I just thought black, white and two shades of grey would be perfect in this pattern.
