Oh, what fun! So original! Love it.
Thanks. It was fun
This is really cute. Can't find the pattern. Is it one of yours?
My friend had made it and didn't have the pattern anymore, but she remembered using the iron on pattern grid of 2", so I bought the grid and copied with a picture I took of hers. Just cut out the grid to the number of squares and get the letters at Michael's arts & Crafts. It's really easy.
I have not ever used "iorn on pattern grid" ... would you be so kind as to direct me to this product?
I used 2" quilt Fuse product. It is like a sheet of stablizer with printed grid. You arrange square fabric pieces on the grid. You then fuse the fabric squares to the grid with an iron. Then you sew fold each row and sew hroizontally and when all the row are finished you go back and cut through intersections and snip through stitch. Turn the piece around and do the same thing vertically. The pumpkin was 18 square across at its widest point. Just follow the picture and count the squares. The ones at the top were cut on an angle when all was sewn together.. This grid is used alot with watercolor quilting.
I forgot to mention you should use a pressing sheet over the grid when ironing so you don't get glue on your iron.
Where do i get your pattern?
There is none. I copied a friends who had it on her front door. She no longer had the pattern. You can get the letters at Michael's Art & Crafts. I followed the picture.
